This is our guest bath. |

We framed out our mirrors a few years ago. I added that ribbon to the bottom of the wooden tray . I was trying to give it a little something extra to match the colors in here. |
|
We spray painted the towel bar, shower curtain rod, and toilet paper holder Oil Rubbed Bronze a few years ago. So far they've held up great. We used the same spray paint on the framed mirror. |
|
I recently added the little embellishment to the middle drawer. |
|
This is our master bath. |

Notice the poor ivy on the tub. I can't seem to figure out how much to water it. : ) |
|
I love this clock from Hob Lob. Wonder why it took me so long to put a clock in the bathroom. Much more convenient than going into the bedroom to check the time. |
|
Those prints used to belong to my grandmother. I love them! I think they go perfectly in here. |
|
A peek into the water closet. What a fancy name..."water closet" hee! |
That about sums up the bathrooms. Thanks for stopping by!

Hi, your bathrooms look great :):):) I'm one of your newest followers & I really like your blog :) maybe you could stop by & check mine out sometime?...
ReplyDeleteThanks, Stacey! I'll be sure to visit your blog! Have a great day!
DeleteThank you for sharing today :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice rooms. I've not been brave enough to show my bathrooms on my blog yet...I'm thinking about it though! Yours are nice and big...lucky you!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty bathrooms. I love the way the vanities are situated across from each other in the larger one.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Pat! In our last house, we shared one vanity. I really like having separate ones now. Thanks for visiting!
DeleteI love how big your bathrooms are...that would be so great in our home. I tied to click larger but I can't see what you have in the basket on the back of your toilet. I know I'm weird but I can never think of what to put there!! Love the blue shower curtain, too. We are making some small changes to one of our baths, too, and I will be posting about it soon. The ivy likes to dry out a bit. It's probably getting a lot of moisture, too, just being in the bathroom.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for coming by! I'm a new follower! :)
XO,
Jane
Nice job! I like how you framed your mirrors!
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa, I'm a native Texan living in the beautiful mountains of Tennessee now. I've bought the ORB spray paint to do my bath towel bars and have been afraid, I'd get it uneven. Thanks for the extra inspiration. I found you via Maria's blog party today!
ReplyDeleteIsn't great what a few things can do to make a room shine? You did a great job....

Hi Lisa, I like on what you did with your bathroom and it is very natural and calm.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I appreciate your visit!
DeleteTake the Ivy and allow it to root in water. It will grow without being in dirt. Ivy, Philodendron and many others do very well in that element. Having a green plant in our rooms keeps the air healthy for us all!! Beautiful!!
ReplyDeletePut the Ivy in water to root. Many plants like Ivy and Philodendron live well in water and help keep the sir we breath so much cleaner. If the leaves appear dusty, just wipe them off with a damp cloth. This allows them to purify our air, You home is lovely!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Blair! I've been wondering what to do with the ivy. I love having live plants in the house because of the way they purify the air like you said. I'll try putting it in water to root. I think I remember my mom doing that. Thank you for the sweet comment! Have a great week!!
DeleteVery pretty!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Brooke!
