The Kitchen Tour

I'm sharing my kitchen today. It's probably my favorite room in the house. All pics enlarge when clicked. You can view my Family Room Tour HERE, the Bathroom Tour HERE, the Laundry Room Tour HERE and the Dining Room and Foyer Tour HERE For more close up pics and info. on where I purchased things, click HERE

I got this buffet at World Market. Gosh, I love that store!

You can't see it really well in this pic, but I'm loving my new dough bowl! I just filled it with little balls from Dollar Tree.

I like my red canisters from Hob Lob.

We recently got a new dishwasher. Our old one was so loud. This one is nice and quiet. We have to look at the controls to see if it's actually running, because it's so quiet.

This is one of my favorite lamps. I got it at Hob Lob.

  1. Your kitchen is so pretty, Lisa! I really like your wood floor. We had that in our last house, and I kind of miss it. We have similar tastes in stores -- love World Market & love, love, love Hobby Lobby. I had neither one where we used to live -- how ridiculous is that.....lol!

    1. Thank you, Phyllis! I originally bought that lamp for the dining room. When I came home from the store, I just plopped the lamp on the kitchen counter while I put my other purchases away, and when I walked back into the kitchen, I loved how it looked in there, so it stayed! :)Thanks for visiting!

  8. Hi Lisa, visiting from Savvy Southern Style. I'm not a fan of "country" style but your buffet is wonderful because it incorporates what reminds me of "Arts and Crafts" lines; also appreciate the not-too-fussy window decorations in your dining nook. I love the lamp by the sink, it has so much personality! Your kitchen/family room/breakfast nook are lovely. I particularly appreciate the nice warm colors you chose.

    1. Hi Jan! Thanks for the nice comment! I love that lamp by the sink too. I can't believe it took me so long to put a lamp in the kitchen. I didn't realize it at the time, but the colors I chose make it really easy to incorporate my Christmas decor too. :) Thanks again for stopping by, I really appreciate it! Hope you have a great day!
