Dining Room Thanksgiving Tablescape

I know I said I'd be back with a Christmas gift idea for pets, but since Thanksgiving is knocking on our door, I thought I better post my tablescapes before it gets here. :)

Today I'll share my dining room tablescape and later I'll share my breakfast table one.

I wrapped a fall garland around the pumpkin for a quick centerpiece. Then I added a few smaller pumpkins and candles.

I love layering chargers and plates.

For the napkin rings, I tied a piece of fall ribbon around a wooden napkin ring. I love to switch out the ribbon for different holidays. BTW, I got the plain wooden napkin rings at Hobby Lobby (an 8 pack was $3.99 ~ even cheaper with a coupon) and I painted them with gold craft paint.

And that's it! I'll be back soon to share the breakfast table in all its Thanksgiving glory. :)

  4. Your table setting is beautiful! I love the lush centerpiece. It's pretty but also still low enough to see over it during your meal. I also like how you made your napkin rings.

  11. So pretty, Lisa! Tying pretty ribbons to wooden napkin rings is a neat idea - no need for multiple sets of napkins rings and the ribbons store so easily. That's clever! I like your touches of green as well - and your leaf plates are very pretty! Looking forward to seeing your breakfast table setting! Thanks a bunch for sharing!
