Hello and welcome to my Fall Home Tour!
I'll try to keep the talking to a minimum so you can just enjoy the pics. :)
I love these mini neutral pumpkins.
The dining room is one of my favorite rooms to decorate for fall.
I decided to go very neutral with my fall decor this year. I didn't want it to scream "fall" when you walked in the door. I still love the bright colors of fall, but wanted to switch things up this year. If you want to see my bright fall decor from last year, just click HERE, HERE, and HERE
I'm constantly tweaking my mantel. I still haven't decided how I want it to look.
I don't know if you can tell in this pic, but this pumpkin is a light green color with little glittery sparkles all over it.
Isn't this tweed pumpkin darling? My sweet friend Lisa at Fern Creek Cottage gave me a heads up that our local grocery store had them in stock.
I brought out my favorite little witch window cling to temporarily decorate that plate. :) I just peel it off when I'm done and store it until next year.
And that's it! Thanks for stopping by!
I'm joining these parties: Dwellings The Heart Of Your Home, Savvy Southern Style, Imparting Grace, I Should Be Mopping The Floor, Maria Elena's Decor, From My Front Porch To Yours, The Dedicated House, A Stroll Thru Life, Harvest Hop Link Up, Joy In Our Home
Love it all! You have just the right amount to make it welcoming and pretty. :)
ReplyDeleteEverything looks great! So festive and fun! I would leave the mantel the way it is...so pretty!

I saw some similar to that online at Target, but wasn't able to find them in person. They're only sold at stores too. Guess I'll keep looking!

Beautiful, Lisa!! I really like the neutral tones, too! They go lovely in your home and with your decor and furniture! I like your dinning room, too! This is the first year I started to decorate for Fall so I'm going to start collecting those fake pumpkins! I love your small neutral ones..so cute!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful, Lisa! The tweed pumpkin is adorable, too. Your entire home looks so inviting, seasonal and tasteful - you have a real knack for displaying and arranging great vignettes, and you motivate me to be a little more creative when I group décor items. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Carolyn! Still can't believe they had that tweed pumpkin at HEB! I love a good deal like that. :) You're so sweet with your comments, I really appreciate you! Hope you have a lovely week!
DeleteYour home looks so pretty, Lisa, all dressed for Fall! I like how you've done the mantel, and your dining room is truly lovely. I really do think that "tweaking" is mental therapy for bloggers. Well, I also have to add "puttering" to the therapy, too. A day of tweaking and/or puttering is a most happy day!
ReplyDeleteFall is looking so pretty at your home, Lisa. I still love that little curved piece with the glass in it that sits in the corner. Your mantle is simple and sweet. Love the chalkboard sentiment, too.
ReplyDeleteI think we bloggers are NEVER done "tweaking". As a matter of fact I was always tweaking even before blogging!!! xo Diana
Very fall! Thanks for the lovely tour!
ReplyDeleteYour home is lovely! I love all of the fall vignettes-especially the mantel! I would keep it just the way it is :)
ReplyDeleteYou have a beautiful home. I think a lot of bloggers have went with neutrals this year for fall. And most seem to be thinking less is more. I m ost certainly am one of those people this year. Your decorations are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog and am your newest follower.
Thank you, Susan! Last year, I went with lots of oranges and greens, so this year I decided to mix it up a bit and go more neutral. So far, I really like it! Thanks for visiting and I hope you have a great week!
DeleteEverything looks so pretty! You have a lot of pumpkins, girl, and they're all great! The little tweed guy is perfect. I just don't have the space to decorate and I gave away a ton of fall, Halloween and Christmas when I moved.
ReplyDeleteWish we were closer ~ I'd come to your house and enjoy all the beauty!

Thank you! Isn't that pumpkin unusual? I think it's just little crushed rocks or some kind of little crystals. I got it at Michael's on clearance a couple of years ago. :)
DeleteLove the tweed pumpkin. What grocery store? I live in Austin.
