I seem to be on a roll lately with winning giveaways! Just look what arrived this week...
My sweet blogging friend Janine of The Happy Happy Nester teamed up with Jennifer of Dear Lillie to host this awesome giveaway, and I won! I love this pretty Autumn chalkboard print! Actually, I love pretty much everything Dear Lillie creates. :) I have it on the mantel for now, but I know I'll enjoy moving it around during the season.
If you haven't visited Janine's blog yet, be sure to do so. She lives in my favorite state of California and has some awesome decorating ideas, recipes, household tips, etc. She's cute as a button and has the most beautiful smile too. :) I follow both Janine and Jennifer on their blogs as well as Instagram and there is always plenty of daily eye candy on there. :)
Oh, and continuing on the lucky streak, look what happened the other day...
I opened my almond joy to find an EXTRA ALMOND!!! Hee! What a nice surprise! Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket. ;)
I've been getting out all my fall decor and hopefully will share it with you soon. For little sneak peeks, you can follow along on Instagram at "texasdecor"
Hope you all have a beautiful day!

I just love your posts, Lisa! They make me smile... or laugh, in the case of this almond joy! ;) Lucky you! And that print is gorgeous!!! Have a wonderful weekend, friend!
ReplyDeleteKendra @ www.joyinourhome.com
Aww...thanks, Kendra! It was definitely a bonus to get the extra almond. ;) I actually squealed a little. Lol! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!!
DeleteYour mantel looks so pretty, Lisa! The chalkboard sign is perfect, and that is one of my favorite Fall quotes. I've never purchased anything from Dear Lillie, but I've been following her blog for some time now and adore her photography, especially when one or both of her little girls are in them. Congrats on winning this lovely sign. I will have to check out Janine's blog -- certainly sounds like a fun place to visit!
ReplyDeleteOMG, I haven't had an Almond Joy in years, but it is one of my favorites! I would have scooped that right into my mouth and considered it to be a "no-calorie" bonus, which is exactly the way of thinking that got me into trouble in the first place......lol!
Lucky you! Congratulations on your new sign. It looks perfect on your mantle with the rest of your fall décor. Now I'm craving Almond Joy! LOL
ReplyDeleteLove the print! It looks great on your mantle but I'm sure it's going to be moved around. :) That's ok, we all do that! Lucky you with the candy. You know, I have never been a candy person...never think of it and never buy it. I wish I had the same thoughts & feelings re: cake, cookies, pie, etc.
