I wanted to find a way to make our builder grade cabinets a little fancier. I've seen people add furniture legs under their vanities to beef them up a bit, and thought I'd give it a try. Well, I thought I'd let my hubby give it a try since I don't use tools very well. :) If you want to see the full tour of our bathrooms, click

Here's a "before" pic. Plain ol' feet-less cabinets. :) |
Here's what we purchased. They were unfinished when we bought them and I primed them and put a couple of coats of Heirloom White spray paint on them. We got them at Lowes for about $5.99 each. |
They were a tad short for out cabinets, so my hubby added these little spacers to the tops. |
Next, we just fit them under the cabinet. The spacers are completely hidden, so I didn't have to paint them. |
These are the nails he used to secure them to the cabinets. |
Here's the worker man himself nailing them to the cabinets. |
Here's the nailer he used. This was a black Friday purchase a few years ago. :) |
And here's the finished product! It really didn't take any time at all and I think it makes a big difference in how they look. |
Here's another "before" shot... |
And an "after." So simple and inexpensive. I love those kinds of projects!
Hope y'all have a great day!

Thanks for the nail-from-inside tip. I would have been trying to get a hammer in between the floor and the bottom of the cabinet. Jo @ Let's Face the Music
