Easy Spanish Rice "recipe"

I use the term "recipe" loosely because this doesn't really fall into that category. It's more of a "follow the directions on the bag" type thing. :)

Here's what I used. Mahatma spanish rice mix, fully cooked sausage, cheese and hot sauce.

This is one of our favorite sausages. I like it because it's already fully cooked.

Here's the directions from the bag of rice mix. You just basically put water, ketchup and butter in a sauce pan, bring it to a boil and add the rice mix and sausage, then cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Couldn't be easier.

Here's the finished product with shredded cheese and hot sauce. Yum! This is a quick and easy meal and it's very filling too.
