This and That

Just sharing a few pics from around the house. Miss Holly Joaquin dreaming of being an outside kitty...

Her little paws have never even touched real grass. She's a total indoor girl. Although...I've seriously considered getting her a kitty stroller. Oh yes, they make them. It's specially made for cats, with a zippered top and screened in sides so you can take them on walks and they can see out, but can't escape. I'm not quite that much of a crazy cat lady. Yet. But there's still time. Lol.

This pic below really makes me want those new counters I was telling you about...

A clean kitchen brings me such joy. :)

Do y'all add these syrups to your coffee or tea?

Please notice how hip and cool those people look on the creamer bottle. ;)

I've tried lots of Torani flavors, but the orange was new to me and I loved it! When we were at SXSW, we made a daily stop at Caffe Aragona for an orange mocha and this was very similar in taste. I also added some to my iced tea and it was delicious.

That's all I've got for now. Thanks for stopping by!

  3. I have seen the kitty strollers around here, but your comment made me laugh! I had indoor/ outdoor kitties. I tried and tried to keep them inside, but as soon as the doors opened both would scurry out. We would monitor them and my yard is fenced, but cats sure do have a will of their own, don't they?

  4. I love how neat and clean your pretty kitchen is! I keep mine clean (I'm a Clorox fan!) but I still have stacks of various things I haven't put away! Okay...clutter!!

I've never tried any kind of syrup. My coffee maker died a few weeks ago so I pulled the old Keurig out. I'm really loving trying new coffee. Folger's makes a Caramel Drizzle that is sooooo good. It's also better for me to limit myself to 2 cups in the morning rather than guess how much I make in a pot.

Love Little Holly. I had an outside kitty when I was about ten years old. It was always getting into fights and coming home bloody. Ugh. My mom took it to a shelter after about three years. Sad but true...

    Have a good weekend!

Love you sweet little Holly. My daughter's best friend had two cats and a cat stroller before she got married. Now she has two kids and a kid stroller! lol xo Diana

  6. Haha about the stroller. We've seen people use them and my hubby always says they are nuts!! LOL However the other day I saw a neighbor and her husband walking two dogs and then noticed she had a baby sling around her...it was another dog!! ROFL
I love the Torani syrups, but have tried the orange. Sounds yummy.
You always have such a clean and organized home. I will be spending my Saturday before two weeks of potential jury duty cleaning ours :-0

    1. Aren't those syrups amazing? I love the variety too. Those Ladybug stories were a big hit when the boys were little. Ladybug and Alligator were always getting into some kind of trouble in their little town. ;) I found that mug in the Kroger floral department about 15 years ago and it's still one of my favorites. :)
